Middle Georgia Art Association
The Middle Georgia Art Association is best known for hosting the overwhelmingly popular Mulberry Street Arts Festival during Macon’s annual International Cherry Blossom Festival each March. A highly competitive juried show, the event draws thousands during its two-day run. However, the association, founded in 1967, also sponsors exhibits at its charming Ingleside Village gallery and at downtown Macon’s Market City Café. MGAA also presents a Youth Arts Festival and Scholarship Program, art classes and educational programs for the community.
