    With more than 365,000 blooming yoshino cherry trees, Macon’s signature two-week event celebrates beautiful blushing blooms during the International Cherry Blossom Festival each March. Regional artisans gather each April to showcase the historically significant art form of pot-making during Fired Works. Major music festivals and intimate concerts are presented throughout the year. Native American heritage and African American culture are magnificently displayed in colorful annual celebrations.
