Founded in 1977 on Shurling Drive in East Macon, Carol’s Linens became more than a retail store, it’s a Macon shopping institution.
Imagine how dull Macon could have been without Carol's Linens distinct taste and decor. Having been in the business for 40 years, Carol Kaplan found her niche in the home decor business and has become as familiar as a close friend, and her customers are more than friends, they’re family. What started out as a bedding, drapery and home decor store has evolved into much more over the years.
When you walk into Carol's Linens, you will get the pleasure of interacting directly with Carol and her knowledgeable staff, who take pride in the personal relationships that they have built with their customers. Kaplan and her staff offer a customized approach to their customer's needs and they strive to offer the best personal service for your in-home decor and gift needs.
In anticipation of Carol's Upcoming 40th Anniversary Celebration, here is a commercial from 13WMAZ's video vault of Carol Kaplan's 1991 promotional commercial for Carol's Linens.
Carol's dedication to beautifying Macon's homes has led to the store’s 40 year growth, turning it into the destination it is today. Carol's Linens now features an extensive collection of table top, home décor items, lamps, draperies and a carefully cultivated selection of gifts and accessories.
