5 Food Trucks You'll Want To Try at Martha Bowman's Food Truck Festival

Martha Bowman Memorial United Methodist Church will host its 3rd Annual “Food Truck Fest @ MB” on Sunday, November 5th from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (come for lunch, come running back for supper!). Martha Bowman welcomes you to join them for worship at 11:00 AM, then stick around to enjoy some incredible food right on their campus.  Many of last year's food trucks are returning, and they'll have several new trucks coming this year! There will be games, crafts, and inflatables for kids, great music and food for all.

Here are 5 Food Trucks at this year's festival that you won't want to miss!

Cousins Maine Lobster

Founded in 2012, Cousins Maine Lobster rose to national recognition after being featured on the hit ABC series Shark Tank in 2013. The Cousins partnered with investor Barbara Corcoran and have been on a wild ride ever since, opening ten franchises in 2015 alone. Cousins Maine Lobster has been featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show, Master Chef, The Katie Couric Show,The Chew, The Queen Latifah Show, CNN, CNBC, Fox Business, Food & Wine Magazine, Saveur Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, The New York Times, and The New York Post. CML won Best Food Truck in 2012 and 2013 (LA Hot List) and Best Lobster Roll on the West Coast in 2013 and 2014 (Tasting Table).

Tex's Tacos

Affectionately dubbed the ‘Antonio Banderas’ of food trucks, Tex’s Tacos is nothing short of suavé – a fully equipped restaurant on wheels. Serving-up a delicious array of ‘Nueva Texicana’ eats with style and grace, we keep the good times rolling…literally. Chefs on Wheels

Born and raised in Hungary, Chef Anita learned her craft from her grandmother and has been cooking traditional Hungarian dishes for over 20 years.  While most have not experienced Hungarian food, Chef Anita's simple dishes, with amazing flavors along with her passion for her creations will surely impress.  Chef Paolo, Chef Anita's partner, an Executive Chef and Restaurant Owner for over 35 years, knows how to prepare some of the best Italian and European dishes you've ever had.  Chefs on Wheels, Atlanta's premier Food Truck is bringing Macon a culinary experience of Hungarian/Italian Fusion!

Sofritos Fusion Food Truck

For Jada Smith, the love of food is deeply embedded in her roots and she grew up up cooking in her mother's Warner Robins kitchen.  Years later, Smith and her husband bought a food truck and named it Sofrito, after a sauce used as a base in Latin American cooking.  From empanadas to tequenos, the south meets South America as Sofritos Fusion serves up something for everyone's tastes.

Cattywampus Grill

Cattywampus Grill, Atlanta’s newest and most unique food truck and catering service, is proudly owned by Shane and Shayla B., a boyfriend girlfriend Southern Duo that are working together creating one of a kind food is something that brings so much enjoyment and satisfaction to the dynamic duo.
