Young Entrepreneur Academy Student, and CEO of Beka's Sweets, Rebekah Elysee Xiuqing Thompson, or Beka for short, had the opportunity last summer to go on her first Mission trip. Ever since she was little, Beka has been fascinated with missionaries and mission work. According to her website "God gave me the opportunity to go on one to Orphanage Emmanuel in Guaimaca, Honduras. This is my experience and I hope to go again next year!" This aspiring entrepreneur who specializes in baking custom sugar cookies, needs your help to achieve her goal of returning to Honduras this summer. Honduras, located in the heart of Central America between Guatemala and Nicaragua, Honduras is known for its natural beauty, rich culture and warm people. Unfortunately, it’s also widely believed to be the poorest and most violent country in Latin America.
Beka, and her company, Beka's Sweets, are now accepting orders for her custom Valentine's Cookies, to help support Beka and her mission trip to Honduras. She is taking Valentine's cookie orders from now until February 3rd, and according to Beka, "The best part is? You’re actually getting the better end of the bargain because who doesn't’t like sweets? I guarantee you, you will become addicted!"
Cookies range from $6 for a personalized cookie to $15-$30 for a dozen. To purchase Valentine's cookies from Beka's Sweets click HERE.
