Vintage Vegas & Beyond

Vintage Vegas & Beyond

The clock is ticking down to a Vegas show that will catapult Macon back to the Las Vegas, swinging sin-city’s era of Frank Sinatra, showgirls, big band productions and more. Macon Pop’s ‘Vintage Vegas’ show will be performed at the Cox Capitol Theatre this Friday, rounding out their impressive season.

The show will celebrate the music, songs and iconic artists from the decades that define Las Vegas. Macon Pops Jazz Orchestra will feature special guest Michelle Amato, and relive Louis Prima, Keely Smith, Frank, Dean, Sammy, Wayne Newton, and SO much more!

“Musically, this will be a departure from our last concert, which was a journey through R&B, Hip-Hop, Gospel and Soul Music,” explains Co-Founder of Macon Pops, Steve Moretti. “We are going to the other end of the musical spectrum to the big band era, focusing on the decades that defined Vintage Vegas.”

Macon Pops is a unique musical experience that showcases a variety of formats: a 40-piece orchestra, Jazz Orchestra, 6-piece band and jazz quartet and trio. The Jazz Orchestra with six strings will be highlighted during the concert.
