1. Main Street Macon Christmas Parade-Downtown Macon

A downtown Macon, Georgia, tradition for more than 50 years, the annual Christmas Parade heralds the official beginning of Christmastime for thousands of middle Georgians. Close to 100 parade entries wind through the city’s historic business district during this free community celebration hosted by Main Street Macon. Complete with marching bands, elaborate floats, clowns, dignitaries and beauty queens, the festive spectacle is topped off by the arrival of the jolly old elf in red, Santa!
2. Festival of Trees Exhibit

November 8th Thru January 15th, 2019
The Museum of Arts and Sciences will host its 32nd annual Festival of Trees, a series of fundraising events benefiting the museum, open to the public through Jan. 15, 2019. This event was recently named a TOP 20 Event in the Southeast by the Southeast Tourism Society. Come to the Museum of Arts & Sciences during normal business hours and see some of the most beautiful Christmas trees to be found anywhere on the Southeast!
3. Live Drive-Through Nativity - Riverside United Methodist Church

Riverside United Methodist Church's drive-through live nativity is a Middle Georgia tradition now in it's 21st year. Come visit this beautiful depiction of the birth of Christ.
4. Ice Skating at Macon Centreplex
For regular sessions, doors open 30 minutes prior to each session and non-skating guests are admitted free. Concessions are available.

5. Light More Homes Habitat for Humanity Benefit - Chick-Fil-A at Tom Hill Sr. Boulevard
Each year, Chick-Fil-A at Tom Hill Sr. Boulevard is decorated to the max for the Light More Homes benefit for Macon Habitat For Humanity. Come buy and drive through a wonderland of a light display, and drop a few bucks in the collection box.
